ARCONI, a firm specialising in development engineering and solar photovoltaic EPC, is looking for a "Site Manager" for the execution of various photovoltaic plants.

The job will be located where the works are located, and its main function will be to ensure proper planning, control and coordination of the construction process on site of a photovoltaic plant. Responsible for safety, quality and equipment. Be the eyes and ears of the Operations management when on site.

• Supervision of the civil, mechanical (mainly) and electrical aspects of the project.
• Directing and supervising the assembly personnel and subcontractors of the installation, ensuring the quality of the work carried out.
• Supervising the correct execution of the installation work (physical execution and fine-tuning of the system) to guarantee the final quality of the work and the operability of the plant.
• Supervision of the tests specified in the contracts, checking that the characteristics of the installation comply with the standards.
• Supervision of the state of progress to ensure compliance with assigned deadlines and delivery milestones.
• Follow-up of material orders.
• Preparation of execution and progress reports, as well as work certifications.
• Direct contact with the client's site manager.
• Direct reporting to the Operations Management. Take measures/decisions in conjunction with the Operations Manager to deal with the results of delays, bad weather or emergencies on the construction site.
• Comply and enforce the compliance of the personnel under his/her charge with the current legal regulations regarding Occupational Risk Prevention, as well as internal rules and procedures.

• Languages/Level: English medium/high level. Minimum B2
• Years of experience required: 3 years or more experience in the construction industry, including civil, electrical, concrete and crane disciplines. Preferably in the Solar PV sector.

Gross salary + 35,000 euros gross gross fixed annual salary
